Shipping & Return Policy

 

Freight Charges:

ProLine Supply will ship any chemical and accessory combination.

Free Shipping:

Orders that qualify for free shipping must have a minimum of $400 in chemical product. Any accessory may be added to the order and qualify for free shipping included with the order excluding air movers, portables, rotary machines, dehumidifiers, spotters, fresh water tanks, encapsulation machines, hose reels, truck mounts and any accessory weighing over 20lbs.

**Ground shipping not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

Please call for quote on orders that do not receive a freight quote at check out.

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. While we strive to keep backorders to a minimum, they are possible. Unless instructed otherwise, we will ship all available products and ship back-ordered items as soon as they are available. Shipments will be sent best way unless a carrier is specified or the order qualifies for common carrier truck line. Although express shipments will be accepted and sent as the customer specifies, they do not qualify for discount shipping. Orders are F.O.B. Sacramento or San Carlos – this means the shipment is the property of you, the customer, when it is picked up at the shipping location.

Shipping:

ProLine Supply orders are shipped from our Sacramento or San Carlos warehouses. Shipments will be routed from the location with inventory in stock. We ship primarily with UPS Ground and common carrier truck lines. From these two locations, normal delivery service can be expected within 2 to 3 working days. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday so no orders are shipped out on the weekends.

Note: Parcel Orders received by 3:00 pm (Pacific Time for orders shipping from the Sacramento or San Carlos warehouse) may be shipped out the same day. If you are ordering for export, large truck shipments, or items that need custom assembly or hazardous materials, please allow an extra day. Priority orders will be charged full shipping costs. Hazardous material cannot ship via airfreight. All freight and handling charges incurred from hazardous material shipping will be charged to the customer. COD charges will be extra when required. Non-stock items will be shipped separately at full shipping costs. If stock items are backordered and would normally qualify for the discounted rate, the full freight amount will be charged on the first order with the back order sent freight free. No additional orders may be added to the back order.

Special offers for free shipping are valid only for products with regularly published prices. Not valid with any pricing discounts, group buying discounts, or any other special offers. Please see regular freight policy for other free freight opportunities.

 

Delivery Times

Sometimes we run out of products that we sell before we can show them as out of stock on our website. When an order is placed and a product is out of stock, we will attempt to contact our customer by both phone and email. This allows you to decide if you would like to wait for the product, change the order, or cancel the order all together. If contact cannot be established, we will keep the order live until the product becomes available and ship it then.

Damage in Shipment:

All claims for material damaged in shipment must be reported to the delivering carrier: UPS driver, truck driver, etc. Don’t forget – the damage must be noted on the freight bill – including the copy the driver takes with him. You should then call the carrier’s local phone number and arrange for an inspection. They can also tell you how to file a claim. Please keep the original carton, as this is often necessary in order to settle claims.

Freeze/Thaw Instability:

The following chemicals are NOT freeze/thaw stable, this means that they will be ruined if allowed to freeze: Zonyl Carpet Protector, Teflon Advanced for Wool, Precedent, Bridgepoint Wood Finish (matte and semi-gloss), Clear Grout Sealer and its Color Additives. Since ProLine Supply has no control of how each carrier cares for its freight, we cannot be responsible for chemicals that are frozen during shipment. Between the months of October and March, order the chemicals listed above at your own risk.

Warranties and Returns:

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please call a Customer Service Representative for instructions (916-339-3033). All items returned for restocking will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer must pay shipping on all returned items.
