WRT: Water Damage Restoration Technician
The Water Damage Restoration Technician course is designed to teach restoration personnel that perform remediation work to give them a better concept of water damage, it’s effects and techniques for drying of structures. This course will give residential and commercial maintenance personnel the background to understand the procedures necessary to deal with water losses, sewer backflows, and contamination such as mold. (3 day course; 19 hours, not including exam time, lunch and breaks.)

Jessika has been in the cleaning and restoration industry for over 24 years, opening her first carpet and upholstery cleaning company along with her brother in 1984. She has owned and operated several disaster restoration and bio-remediation businesses in the northern California bay area. Among her many accomplishments in the industry, Jessika has earned the status of IICRC Approved Instructor, IICRC Master Textile Cleaner, Master Water Restorer, and Master Fire & Smoke Restorer, Council Certified Indoor Environmentalist, Mold Remediator, and Certified Mold Professional. At a recent industry symposium Jessika was presented the IICRC's coveted 'Favorite North American Instructor' award.
